Last updated: August 2026. By using Northern Game Hub you agree to the following terms. The website is operated by Alientrap Games Inc. (Corporation No. 9067868), a corporation registered in Canada.

1. The Service

Northern Game Hub provides free, browser-based games of skill — currently “Knight vs Dragon” and “Ice Clash” — for private, non-commercial use.

2. Games of Skill Only

All games offered on this website are games of skill. Outcomes are determined by the player's timing, reflexes and control, not by chance. We do not operate a lottery scheme, betting service or game of chance within the meaning of the Criminal Code (Canada). There is no wagering, no staking of money or anything of value, no purchase of any kind, and no prizes with monetary value.

3. Age Requirement

Use of this website is restricted to persons 18 years of age or older. By confirming the age prompt you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Licence to Play

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the games for personal entertainment. Commercial exploitation, reproduction, reverse engineering or modification is prohibited without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use automated tools to manipulate gameplay.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the games available at all times but do not warrant uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. You use it at your own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alientrap Games Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your province or territory of residence.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms with effect for the future. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
